- OTM – 5 Burpees over “Odd-Object”
Make your weight heavy enough to be challenging.

- Couch Stretch: 2 Minutes Each Side
- Pike Stretch: 2 Minutes
- Child’s Pose: 1 Minute
- Pigeon Pose: 2 Minutes Each Side
